Event Description
The three “Visions” artists are united in their use of color and design yet has a creative and varied approach to their art.
Fran Abrams creates her images out of polymer clay capturing “the fluid sense of fabric caught at a moment in time”.
Mina Oka Hanig’s paintings consist of small squares that create a mosaic-like effect, each being unique.
Cherie M. Redlinger creates abstractions from her life experiences, reflecting the artist within.

Hispanic Lives, Latin Worlds—Simple Complexities

Event Description
This exhibition celebrates Hispanic Heritage Month with over 30 works of art whose diverse styles and media explore the juxtapositions between young and old, new and traditional, rural and urban, simple and complex. Hispanic Lives, Latin Worlds is part of the Museum’s Outlooks Exhibition Series, which features exhibitions created by regional organizations, individuals, and community groups that are then hosted by the Museum, furthering our mission to “offer an inclusive and essential community resource.” The guest curator is Riccardo Stoeckicht, Vice President of Operations at the Rodel Foundation of Delaware.
Mara Odette was selected with two of her sculptures.
